Welcome to our Flagship
Independently owned since 2009, Mad Hippie finally has a place of its own — built to for us to share our formulas, host the neighborhood, and slow you down.
Our place is not in front of a mirror.
Designed by Austin's Studio Luck and built around a living oak, the flagship is a teaching space as much as a shop. Ingredient stories on the wall, a counter for samples and consultations, and a quiet courtyard built for slowing down.
No pressure to buy. Come for a sample, stay for the shade.
The facial bar
Test formulas on your own skin. Our estheticians talk you through what works — no sales pitch.
Refill station
Bring your empties, refill what you love, skip the new bottle.
Tea & a turntable
Pour a cup, drop a needle, take a beat. The room was built for staying.
The whole line
Every Mad Hippie formula in one place — including the hard-to-find ones.
Curated local goods
A small, considered shop-within-the-shop from makers we love.
Gathering space
Yoga on the patio, workshops, flower pop-ups. Follow along for what's next.
Meet the people who
make your skincare.
Mad Hippie has always been owned by Sam & Dana Stewart. No outside investors. No boardroom. The formula in your bottle today is the same one that was there in 2010.
Some days, you'll find them here.
