About Pact

Pact is a nonprofit collective dedicated to reducing beauty packaging waste and driving circular solutions in the industry. By collecting hard-to-recycle beauty empties—like small plastic pumps, caps, and squeezable tubes—Pact helps properly recycle and process materials that would otherwise end up in landfills.

How It Works

  1. 1 Clean & Empty: Prepare your beauty packaging by cleaning and emptying it.
  2. 2 Review Guidelines: Check our Collection Guidelines to ensure your items qualify.
  3. 3 Drop Off: Bring your items to a nearby Ulta in-store Pact bin or any of Pact's 3,300+ drop-off locations. No packaging needed!
