Helpful (Hippie) Tips for Working from Home

We wanted to share some helpful (hippie!) tips to stay focused when working from home:


  • Keep a healthy morning routine! Wake up at the regular time, shower, get ready & dressed for your day
  • Sit at a desk or table, not your bed/couch - dedicate & cherish your space, add plants, a nice smelling candle, maybe pictures of your favorite coworkers! Extra points if you can be set up by a window and get some fresh air and natural light!
  • Make thorough lists & set a timeline for each task
  • Take breaks - do a short meditation or yoga practice, go for a walk (if you’re able), cook a healthy meal, call a friend/family member, read a chapter of your book, etc.
  • Stay hydrated
  • Don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re doing a great job!
