Use volumizing brush included by sweeping the brush from base to tip of lashes to apply mascara. Apply a few coats for a natural look or layer for added drama and volume. This is a mineral mascara and more layers are needed than those with synthetic waxes and dyes.

How many coats of mascara should I use?
Mad Hippie mascara is formulated with versatility in mind. Applying just a couple of coats creates a soft, natural pigmented lash. To create a dramatic lash with maximum length and curl, use Mad Hippie eyelash curler to curl eyelash and then apply several coats of mascara until the desired result is achieved. The formula is created to layer without flaking or clumping!

Does this contain coal tar?
We formulated our mascara without the use of use of shellac, coal tar dyes, and aluminum powder.

Does the mascara expire?
Once opened, we recommend replacing the mascara every 2-3 months.
